(B) Exposure of SH-SY5Y cells to H2O2 (200 μM/24 hr) induces a ~50% cell death (p<0.001 vs. vehicle-treated cells) and riluzole co-exposure (0.5–10 μM/24 hr) significantly prevents H2O2-induced cell death (*p < 0.01 vs. H2O2-treated cells); riluzole exposure (10 μM) alone does not modify cell viability in the same cells.
